4 Years Business Anniversary

We are proud to celebrate our business anniversary with C-Job Nikolayev. On the 26th of September in 2017 C-Job Nikolayev started out with a small team and an idea of inventing engineering with the goal to provide immaculate services and professional solutions to our customers. Now we are at a new stage with a dedicated staff of 78 persons. Every day each of them makes an immense contribution to the company’s development.

C-Job Nikolayev marked this occasion with a team gathering where everyone experienced intense days of learning and connecting. Our employees got new skills, behaviors, and motivation and delighted dragon racing. Before we blow the candles up, we make the wish: “To watch our resourceful designs realized in vessels in Ukrainian market as well as all over the world”.

C-Job Nikolayev’s team used 1491 days and 298373 man-hours to explore new heights in ship design and engineering. Each lesson we learn from the project, we implement on the next one. After four years of competitive performance, we became experts in dredgers, Ro-Pax & Ferries, mega yachts, cruise vessels.

We learned to adjust to the customers’ requirements and provide engineering services in different modern systems: Cadmatic, AVEVA, Siemens NX, Shipconstructor, Solidworks, ANSYS, Femap, and many more. Experienced engineers tune network settings and CAD administration to each project individually in compliance with the production requirements and standards.

The constant development and improvement of engineering expertise motivate us to the next strategic steps. Today we strengthen such efforts:

• Deepening into the basic design projects jointly with the C-Job colleagues;
• Participation in C-Job R&D programs as big data analysis for basic and detail design;
• Usage of internal R&D program to automate production documentation verification;
• Implementing the three-tiered quality monitoring and control procedure: personal, automated, and expert review;
• Developing and formalizing Rational Production Design Approach with better efficiency gain during production stage.

Our team has ambitious plans for world-class detailed design projects and world progressive trends. We work persistently to accomplish more in the years to come and we are super proud to be part of the C-Job family.
