PI Check Tool

Introducing the PI Check tool – a tool that enables:

To achieve these goals, the PI Check tool utilizes the functionality of AutoCAD or Rhino 3D.

The tool can perform multiple checks, including:

1. Checking the availability of required files;
2. Verifying the existence and availability of extra files;
3. Checking for the presence of templates, elongation, and Rhino files for missing parts;
4. Comparing mass values for duplicate parts in a CoG file;
5. Matching masses (CoG file, process file, .dwg);
6. Code matching processing (process file, .dxf);
7. Verifying the matching part quantities (CoG file, process file, .dxf, .dwg);
8. Checking the necessity of a template;
9. Verifying the presence of a bending table in a .dwg file;
10. Checking the presence of allowances on parts in .dxf and .dwg files;
11. Verifying the availability of all trimming symbols for profile parts on sketches in .dwg files;
12. Checking for the presence of cutting markings on the edges of details.
